An A train hit and killed a man who was standing on the tracks at Clinton-Washington Avenues station in Clinton Hill early Friday, according to authorities.
The Manhattan-bound train struck the man around 2:30 am as it was pulling up to the platform at the Clinton Avenue and Fulton Street stop, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say they still don’t know the victim’s identity, but say he was a man between 40 and 50 years old.
They’re still investigating why the man was on the tracks.
