A 6-month-old baby that died a year ago in his Bedford-Stuyvesant home was murdered, according to the Medical Examiner’s office, which announced the findings of a year-long investigation on the eve of the child’s death.

Gianni Gilmore was found unconscious in his Gates Avenue home on April 17, 2018, and paramedics rushed him to Woodhull Hospital, where he died three days later.

Shortly after the incident, police arrested the boy’s 24-year-old father on charges of assault and endangerment, but those charges were later dropped due to lack of evidence, according to a spokesman for the police department.

Cops have not announced any new charges, or arrests related to the child’s death as a result of the medical examiner’s report, which found the baby perished as a result of “abusive head trauma,” according to a spokeswoman.
