Cops are searching for a teen who stole a kid’s Hoverboard on Marcy Avenue on April 3.
The 12-year-old boy was cruising down the sidewalk on his board when the delinquent came up from behind, punched him in the head and snatched his wheels, between Rodney and Keap streets at 7:10 p.m., according to police.
The punk ran with his self-balancing bounty toward Division Avenue, left it on the sidewalk and fled on Marcy Avenue, according to authorities.
Cops describe the suspect as a teen last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, and dark sneakers.
Anyone with information in regard to the identity of this male is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crimestoppers website at www.nypdcr
