Strictly ballroom at William McKinley Junior h.S.

Budding ballroom dancers at William McKinley Junior High School now have a space in which to practice their suave moves – a state-of-the-art dance studio.

Councilmember Vincent Gentile, who helped fund the new teaching room, was on hand to hail the grand opening during a program of celebration at the Bay Ridge school, 73rd Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway.

The lawmaker displayed his own fancy feet by christening the new dance floor with a twirl.
