“Get Out of New York!”
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad received a decidedly unwelcome reception on his recent trip to New York – at least from an outspoken group of Brooklyn seniors, who took their message all the way to the United Nations in time for the nuclear nutter’s speech to the General Assembly.
Toting placards, emblazoned with messages of dislike in Yiddish and English, members of the Kings Bay Y boarded a bus outside the community facility, Nostrand Avenue and Avenue U, and headed for United Nations Plaza in Manhattan, where they rallied against the Persian Gulf nation’s controversial regime.
