North Slope, South Slope
All around the ‘hood,
It’s mamas pushing strollers
Built for two tots, wide in scope,
Room for them aplenty,
But no room for the rest,
They belong somewhere else, not on
The sidewalks of Park Slope.
South Slope, North Slope
All around the ‘hood,
The gutter is no better,
Chockablock with canine slop
Gift from those entitled,
Economically blessed,
Owning all, both off and on
The sidewalks of Park Slope
