Someone scrawled four swastikas on the Independence Bank at the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Court Street this week (which is soon to house a Trader Joe’s market), but they could not be removed quickly because solvants could damage the landmark building.
It was the second act of anti-Semitic graffiti in the area in as many months.
