Pro wrestlers are ready to rumble at the Brooklyn Lyceum on Nov 15, where they’ll face off in ring to raise money for soldiers wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Park Slope better be ready to rumble on Nov. 15, when a crew of Spandex-clad wrestlers will take over the Brooklyn Lyceum for a no-holds barred slugfest.

Pro pugilists including former WWF star Jim Powers and WWE phenom Romeo Roselli will fight it out at “Bare Bones 2008” — the first match organized by Forgotten Championship Wrestling.

The fledgling fighting league aims to channel the halcyon days of wrestling yore, when good guys were good, bad guys were bad, and the punches were — err — fake.

“We like wrestling the way it used to be — lots of action and great storylines without all of the sex and blood and pyrotechnics,” said organizer Tony Ntellas.

Fans can look forward to eight matches including a women’s title fight and a three-way tag-team scuffle.

And even though the punches will be phony, proceeds will benefit a real cause. Some of the cash raised will go to the Wounded Warriors Project, which helps injured soldiers readjust to civilian life.

Bare Bones 2008, Nov. 15, Brooklyn Lyceum (227 Fourth Ave., between Union and President streets in Park Slope), 8 pm. Tickets $25. For info, visit www.fcwrestling.net.
