When pigs fly

Cops cuffed a woman for allegedly lobbing a piggy bank at her relative in an 18th Avenue home on Dec. 9.

The 20-year-old victim told police that the defendant allegedly slapped him and threw a piggy bank at him in the apartment between 62nd and 63rd streets at 6:30 pm.

Bag brawl

A thief tried unsuccessfully to snatch a woman’s bag on Bay Ridge Avenue on Dec. 11.

The 56-year-old victim told police that the baddie followed her to her home between 21st Avenue and Bay Parkway before grabbing her purse, causing the woman to fall and hurt her ankle while successfully wrestling the bag back. 

Knife knaves 

Two brutes robbed a teenager at knife-point on 64th Street on Dec. 13.

The 18-year-old victim told police that two ruffians approached with a knife while he was making a delivery between 20th and 21st avenues at 2 am, before kicking him and snatching the victim’s AirPods, $700, and scooter. 

Bodega bust

A looter stole more than $10,000 from a Kings Highway bodega on Dec. 12.

An employee told police that the pirate broke the locks of the deli near W. Seventh Street at 11:30 pm, before taking $700 from the register and $9,940 from the ATM.
