A robber stole a trash bag full of allergy medication at a Kings Highway pharmacy on April 7.
The sniffly crook walked into the store near Utica Avenue around 4:20 am and started filling a garbage bag with $6,575 worth of antihistamines and fled, according to police.
Cops say they identified the thief from the store’s video surveillance.
Not so fast
Police arrested a 37-year-old man who they say stole a vacuum from an Avenue U department store on April 9.
The man entered the store near Flatbush Avenue around 2:24 pm and left with the cleaning tool without paying for it, according to police. Cops caught up with him near the store around 7 pm and cuffed him.
Ghost debit
A hacker withdrew money from a Flatbush Avenue woman’s bank account on April 3.
The woman, who lives near Avenue I, told cops that on April 4 she discovered a suspicious activity on her account and found that someone took $503 out with her debit card, despite the woman being in possession of the card, according to the report.
One charge, two charge
Police arrested a man for refusing to leave a Flatbush Avenue gas station on April 7.
An attendant at the station near Fillmore Avenue told cops that around 8:43 pm he noticed the man trying to fix his car and felt what he was doing was too dangerous, so he told him to leave, according to the report.
When he didn’t scram, police arrived and attempted to arrest the man, who they say became unruly. A search of the suspect’s information revealed that he was in possession of 42 forged credit cards, one of which was used to purchase gas at the station, according to the report.
Smash and dash
Crooks smashed their way into cars and stole gadgets and other items. Here’s the rundown:
• A scoundrel shattered the passenger-side window of a car parked on Avenue H sometime overnight on April 8.
The owner told cops she returned to her vehicle near E. 45th Street around 7 am and discovered the broken window and her laptop, electronic tablet, and some clothing gone, according to the report.
• A prowler cracked the window of a vehicle parked on Flatbush Avenue sometime overnight on April 7.
The man told police that he parked his ride near E. 35th Street around 6 pm and the next day his window gone, an electronic tablet, several identification cards, and a credit card.
