Two of the burglars fled, but a struggle ensued between the third suspect and the victim. As the two tussled out of the apartment and down the stairs, the suspect dropped his wallet and back pack, and the woman ripped off the 32-year-old suspect’s white T-shirt.
The suspect fled, hopping through backyards, but was apprehended at Nassau Avenue and Leonard Street.
His accomplices made off with the woman’s jewelry and camera. And they kept their shirts.
