They’re the “Wonder Women” of Brooklyn’s art scene.

Brooklyn Academy of Music president Katy Clark, Brooklyn Arts Council executive director Charlotte Cohen, and Brooklyn Museum director Anne Pasternak are fierce females with enough girl power to bring new innovations and wider audiences to our creative institutions — and increase Brooklyn’s mojo as the cultural heart of the world — said the borough’s top official at a March 3 reception in Dumbo for the terrific troika.

“I am proud to honor three women of high distinction, whose leadership of their respective cultural institutions will build on the second-to-none reputation that Brooklyn has achieved as an international center for creativity,” said Borough President Adams, who co-organized the shindig with the New York Foundation for the Arts.

Guests sipped cocktails, nibbled on canapes, and hobnobbed with higher-ups to feed their creative souls, making it a night to remember, said an organizer.

“It was lovely and everyone had a wonderful time,” said Foundation flack Mara Valtkovic.
