Bodega burglars

Two masked thugs burst into an Eighth Avenue bodega on May 10, flashing a gun and stealing electronics.

The armed brutes wore black ski masks when they entered the grocery, which is between 67th and 68th streets, at around 6:20 pm.

“Don’t move — open the register,” said one of the crooks as he revealed a silver pistol.

The ruffians forced the counterwoman into a back storage room, locking her in by placing a chair front of the door. They fled with a cellphone, a laptop computer, an ID, and $650.

Lotto noive!

Crooks conned a Fifth Avenue man out of $1,100 when they told him that he had won the lottery — in England.

The swindlers sent the 30-year-old victim an e-mail, telling him he had won an online contest he entered last year, netting him £5.5 million ($11.4 million) — if he wired them $1,020, not including an $83 transfer fee. The duped victim sent the cash on April 29, and wised up to the scam on May 5, when he told cops he got ripped off.

Rear window

A crook ransacked a man’s 66th Street apartment, snatching jewelry and cash, while he was at work on May 8.

The burglar got into the apartment through a window between 8:20 am and 6 pm, according to cops. A neighbor says he heard noises in the apartment at around 5 pm, but assumed that the victim was home.

The crook escaped from the apartment, which is between 12th and 13th avenues, with a $400 gold ring with an opal, a $300 garnet and diamond ring, and $2,640.

Suit case

A thug broke into a 10th Avenue woman’s bedroom, snatching $2,000 from a suitcase.

The crook snagged the cash between 9 am on March 1 and 1 pm on May 8. The victim shares the bedroom with two other roommates, and several maintenance workers have been in the apartment, which is between 63rd and 64th streets, cops say.

Door down

A thief stole $1,200 from a 74th Street woman’s closet while she was out of her home for just 90 minutes on May 10.

The burglar got in between noon and 1:30 pm, breaking the latch on the locked door and snatching the cash from the home, which is between Ridge Boulevard and Third Avenue.

Cops say a cleaning lady was in the apartment during the heist, and that the victim has several roommates.
