Bovine reprieve! Courageous cow’s road to freedom cuts through Brooklyn

She escaped a Queens slaughterhouse, made a pit stop on Brooklyn, and finally found freedom in Suffolk County.

Molly the cow, once destined for the chopping block at Musa Halal slaughterhouse, is now living high on the hog at The Farrm, a 60−acre organic farm in Calverton.

The 500−pound cow bolted from the Jamaica slaughterhouse, was corralled by cops, and taken to the city Animal Care and Control facility in East New York. “We received a lot of calls from places interested in taking her,” AC&C spokesman Richard Gentles said, according to a report. “The Farrm came highly recommended.”
