Brooklyn’s bubbliest celebration is back, with fizz and fun for all.

The second annual Brooklyn SeltzerFest will take over Industry City on March 15 after a sold-out debut in 2025.

Hosted by the Brooklyn Seltzer Museum — which also serves as the borough’s last classic seltzer factory — the festival is a celebration of the oft-underappreciated but much-loved carbonated beverage and its place in local history.

“SeltzerFest is becoming a place where heritage, comedy, food, and fizz all collide,” said Barry Joseph, director of the Brooklyn Seltzer Museum, in a statement. “It’s nostalgic without being precious, funny without being ironic, and deeply New York in spirit.”

The all-day festival is broken into two sessions, both packed with live entertainment and activities.

At 11 a.m., the “family-friendly” session kicks off with the tone-setting “Seltzer Klezmer Spritz-tacular.” Brooklyn’s youngest seltzer fanatics will get a chance to step back in time and learn to make an egg cream at the Egg Cream Mixer between performances by rapper Kosha Dills and comedians Josh Cahn and Willie Zabar.

Social media sensation Aaron Cohen will lead The Seltzer Awards, naming the festival’s sharpest, most unique, and best all-around offerings.

But the real competition comes during the 2-6 p.m. session, after performances by comedians Anna Roisman and Liz Glazer and a repeat appearance by Zabar.

The third annual National Egg Cream Invitational, hosted by Fox’s U-Bet Chocolate Syrup, kicks off at 3:50 p.m.

Famous fizzers will compete to see who can turn milk, seltzer and syrup into an authentic, delicious and foamy egg cream

This year, a number of famous fizzers are throwing their hats in the ring: Egger’s Ice Cream Parlor, Bubbs Seltzer, Greenberg’s Bagel, GERTIE, Tom’s Restaurant, S&P Lunch, Sammy’s Romanian Steak House and Fishs Eddy.

Their creations will be judged by actress Jackie Hoffman, social media star Dave Roffe, and reigning Egg Cream Invitational champ Gia Giasullo of Brooklyn Farmacy and hosted by Jonathan Cohen and Brooklyn Farmacy co-champ Pete Freeman.

The winners will be celebrated just before the festival ends the same way it started: with a Seltzer Klezmer Spritz-tacular.

All day long, from 11 a.m.-6 p.m., attendees can browse the Seltzer Village, where they can sample seltzers from producers like Topo Chico and the Seltzer Museum’s own soda, Brooklyn Seltzer Boys. The Village will also offer hands-on workshops, museum exhibitions, a marketplace, and donuts from Peter Pan Donuts. Seltzer superfans can cast their votes for the People’s Choice Award for Best Seltzer to make their own voices heard.

Brooklyn SeltzerFest returns on Sunday, March 15, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. at Industry City. Tickets are available online for $10-$25.
