Building ‘too high’

Add Assemblymember Joseph Lentol to the increasingly vocal list of area residents uncomfortable with the scale of the proposed development on the former Domino Sugar factory.

Last week, Lentol issued a press release opposing the site’s proposed pair of 40-story towers. The towers are envisioned to surround the refurbished refinery building on the 11.5 acre, 2,200-unit site envisioned by developers to house 5,000 residents.

“I believe a building height of 40 stories
