Acting fast

The cad had already charged $300 to her cards, according to authorities.

Broke his promise
A con man fleeced a guy he bought a car from back in May by promising to pay the rest of the money at a later date — but never delivering, cops said.
The victim told authorities on Aug. 22 that he made an agreement with the rogue back in May, who promised to pay him $900 for the 2001 Nissan Centra.
But the phony only gave him $200 plus a fake Western Union money order for $500, and then promised to give him another $200 but never did, police said.
Gone missing

The bandit got away with a green wallet, American Express credit card, New York State driver’s license, Mastercard, Ikea family card, and $30 cash, according to authorities.
