Transportation Alternatives will hold a debate for candidates running in the 33rd City Council District, 7 p.m., September 1 at Automotive High School, 50 Bedford Avenue, across from McCarren Park.
This debate will focus exclusively on Williamsburg’s and Greenpoint’s transportation issues and needs — a transportation study, congestive truck traffic, dangerous intersections, livable streets, subway and bus service, bike and car parking, and more.
