Carroll Street neighbors enjoy summer together

A sun-splashed day was just the ticket for homeowners to bond over a block party along Carroll Street.

Residents between Henry and Hicks streets had their run of the cordoned-off area where families and neighbors bonded over party games, potluck fare and carnival-style amusements.
