A punk stole a tip jar from the counter of a Manhattan Avenue store and hit the clerk when he tried to stop him, police reported.

The victim told police that he was at work at the store at 9:15 am on May 20 when the robber came in and grabbed the tip jar off the counter. The victim tried to stop him, but the robber slapped him across the face and ran out.

Cops cuffed a woman who they say slammed her Huron Street roommate’s arm in a door repeatedly on May 21.

The victim told police she was at her apartment at 11 pm when she tried to hand her roommate some letters. At that point the roommate slammed the victim’s bedroom door on the her arm several times, causing injury, according to a police report.

Police charged the roommate with assault.

Dirty bird

Someone broke into a woman’s Kent Avenue apartment on May 20 and stole her laptop and shower head, officials said.

The victim told police that she left her apartment near N. Ninth Street at 10 am. When she returned at 1:15 pm, she found her laptop and shower head both missing, police reported. Police have no suspects in the case.

A shot of crime

A pickpocket slinked into the back room of a Lorimer Street liquor store on May 21 and stole several items out of the clerk’s purse, cops reported.

The victim told police she was working at the store at 9:30 pm when she went to the back room and saw a strange man looking through her purse.

“Can I help you?” the victim asked. The no-goodnik then turned around and walked out of the store, cops reported.

She went through her purse and found her credit cards and cash missing, according to the report.
