Cops need your help to cuff two crooks.

The 68th Precinct released to the media a pair of “Wanted Posters” depicting two suspected criminals — one wanted for burglary, the other for shoplifting.

Police say the first suspect broke into a home on 79th Street between Ridge Boulevard and Third Avenue on June 12 and stole a debit card. He attempted to use the plastic at a pharmacy on 86th Street between Fourth and Fifth avenues at 5:56 pm. The store’s security cameras captured his image. Authorities ask that anyone with information about the burglary call Detective Ronald Pereira at (718) 439–4236, the 68th Precinct at (718) 439–4211, or CRIMESTOPPERS at (800) 577–TIPS.

Police say the second wanted man lifted a laptop on June 27 from a store on Third Avenue between 90th and 91st streets. Store staff said the thief came in at 6:05 pm, and wandered around the shop for nearly 45 minutes. Workers said they thought the man was acting strangely, and approached him repeatedly.

“He looked suspicious, so we went up to him and asked ‘can we help you find anything,’ but he kept saying ‘no,’ ” recalled one employee, who declined to give his name.

It wasn’t until the suspect left that they realized the computer was gone. Security tapes show him picking up the Hewlett-Packard computer and shoving it under his shirt.

Cops ask that anyone with information call Detective John Papio at (718) 439–4236 or Detective Borough Brooklyn South (718) 287–3239.
