Get Jetta at running

Cops busted an alleged nogoodnik who they claim stole a car in the blink of an eye on Fulton Street on July 2, according to a report.

The victim, a 35-year-old woman, had hopped out of her 2010 Jetta at 5:10 pm between Clinton and Vanderbilt avenues to use a cash machine when the alleged highway robber jumped in her ride and zoomed off, cops said.

Police caught up with the alleged bandit later in the afternoon in Crown Heights when they saw the guy getting out of a 2010 Jetta matching the plates and description of the stolen car, according to a report.

As they apprehended the alleged malefactor he went stiff and tried to resist being handcuffed, cops said.

Time for a house meeting

A handful of electronic devices went missing from a DeKalb Avenue dorm room between June 28 and June 29, cops said.

The victim, a student at Long Island University, left his ipad and Toshiba laptop charging in his apartment between Flatbush Avenue Extension and Ashland Place at 2 pm, but when he returned the next day at noon, his belongings had gone missing, according to a report.

The victim shares his apartment with three other students, police said.

Bad deed

A bad Samaritan ripped off a woman after she suddenly lost consciousness on June 28, a report said.

The victim was at an unknown location at about 3 am when she fell and passed out, cops said.

When she awoke she found herself at Brooklyn Hospital Center, but several credit cards had gone missing from her wallet, according to police.

Couch potato

A snatch-and-grabby galoot swiped a smartphone from a woman as she was moving furniture on Emerson Place on June 30, cops said.

The victim, a 22-year-old woman, was moving a couch at an apartment near Willoughby Street at about 6 pm when she paused to check her iPhone, according to a report.

But when she stuck the device into her back pocket, a ruffian dashed up, grabbed the phone, and scooted off to parts unknown, police said.
