Cops: Man robs three victims in two separate days

62nd Precinct

Bensonhurst—Bath Beach

Minor threat

Authorities arrested a man who they say robbed three children and one mother in two incidents in Bath Beach and Bensonhurst on Oct. 14 and 16.

The first two victims — a pair of girls aged 12 and 13 — alleged that the suspect came up behind them at the corner of Bay 16th Street and Shore Parkway at 2:30 pm and placed both of them in headlocks.

“You better not look at me,” the defendant allegedly warned — before ripping the necklaces off both girls’ necks and fleeing.

The third victim said the accused stole up behind her and her 5-year-old son at the corner of 83rd Street and 19th Avenue at 3:50 pm and put both of them in headlocks — and uttered the same threat.

The woman said that the man then tore her necklace off and fled.

Gym rat

A man was arrested for allegedly raiding two lockers at an 86th Street fitness facility between July 20 and Sept. 18.

Police say that security tapes show the suspect removing credit and debit cards from sealed cubbyholes at the gym between 19th and 20th avenues on July 20 at 3 pm, and on Sept. 18 at 12:40 pm.
