Two men were arrested for their part in the beat-down of a man on E. 56th Street on Sept. 29, according to police.
The victim told police that he was between Farragut Road and Avenue H at 1 pm when the suspects, along with another man, held him down and began beating him with a baseball bat.
Following the attack, the victim was taken to a nearby hospital where he received five stitches in his head, along with treatment for other wounds, court documents show.
