Couldn’t do it without ya: salute to volunteers

Big-hearted senior vollies received a golden salute for their selflessness during a tribute ceremony at the Midwood Senior Center.

The plaudits were part of National Volunteer Week celebrations at the elder facility, 4815 Avenue I, which presented certificates of appreciation to the honorees for helping out with the center’s programs and services.
