The one-game winning streak is over.

The Cyclones managed just four hits — and scored their sole run on a groundout — en route to a drubbing by the pesky Crosscutters.

Starter James Fuller (3–2, 1.45 ERA) wasn’t bad, striking out nine in just six innings. But he gave up a run in the first on a two-out RBI double (a no-no!) and a run in the fourth on a homer.

Reliever Erik Turgeon didn’t help matters, giving up a run that put the game out of reach for the punchless Clones, who have lost six of their last eight.
