A sunset salsa party, rapping lyricists, a free kayak ride – and a showcase of emerging local talent – were among the sizzling crowd−pleasers when Dance Theatre Etcetera presented its a weekend−long arts festival at Louis J. Valentino, Jr. Park and Pier.
The 16th annual frolic transformed the recreation space, Coffey and Ferris streets, into a boulevard of late−spring fun, jam−packed with attractions, amusements, activities and entertainment for the whole family, including youth and spoken word artists, a film festival and even locally−sourced eats.
