East 36th St. makes neighborliness an art

Taking the street by storm…

Everyone was eager for a slice of summertime fun as residents of East 36th street between Quentin Avenue and Avenue R gathered together for their annual block party.

Residents certainly kicked it old school as they embraced the traditional block party staples – food, games of hoops, barbecued hot dogs and plenty of neighborhood chatter.
