The driver of a massive tractor trailer fatally ran over a cyclist on a residential Park Slope street on Wednesday morning, police said.

Thirty-three-year-old Park Slope resident James Gregg was riding Sunset Park-bound on Sixth Avenue alongside an 18-wheeler delivery truck around 8 am when the rear tire of the truck collided with him near Sterling Place, authorities said.

Paramedics pronounced Gregg dead at the scene, according to a report.

The street is not a truck route, and there are signs alerting drivers to that fact, a Department of Transportation rep said — although truck drivers can leave routes while making local deliveries.

The driver remained at the scene and the investigation is ongoing, cops said.
