Rites and festivity marked the occasion when the Eighth Avenue Senior Center marked its 15th anniversary with a celebration at Spring Garden Restaurant, presented by the Eighth Avenue Senior Center is located at 5002 8th Avenue.
Well-wishers united for festivities at the dining establishment, 912 65th Street, where they enjoyed a tribute repast, offset by ‘millennial roundtables,’ featuring 12 seniors with a combined age of 1,000 years.
The celebration was coordinated by the Brooklyn Chinese-American Association.
