The final weekend of the Brooklyn Waterfront
Artists Coalition’s exhibit of artwork, the "Solo Show,"
ends with an opportunity to get original art at a great price
at a Nov. 7 silent auction.
The "Solo Show" features more than 400 works of art
by emerging and established artists ranging from painting, drawing
and prints to photography, sculpture and mixed media. Eva Mihovich’s
ink and watercolor is pictured at left.
On Nov. 6, the exhibit is on display from noon to 5 pm, and visitors
can view the works with the Vince Hunter Jazz Ensemble performing
in the background at 2 pm and 4 pm.
On Nov. 7, the David Bindman Trio will perform at 1 pm and 2
pm. Sunday’s silent auction, with minimum bids as low as $35,
closes between 3 pm and 4 pm, with pickup at 5 pm.
