Beginning October 11, the Midwood Development Corporation will offer free classes in T-shirt design for individuals with developmental disabilities (Medicaid eligibility required).
Participants — must be Brooklyn residents, 18 years-of-age and living at home — will learn to draw and develop their own wearable work of art. MDC also offers free evening recreational programs for Brooklyn residents with developmental disabilities at PS 197, 1599 East 22nd Street, Thursday evenings.
The classes will be held at MDC’s office at 2394 Nostrand Avenue.
