A so-called friend attacked a senior for refusing to give the assailant a ride home last November, he reported to police on March 3.

Cops say the 75-year-old man, who lives near Avenue M, reluctantly gave a friend a ride on Nov. 28, after being assaulted for refusing to earlier. Police say the man was struck on the right side of his face, causing a scratch, according to the report.
