Not amusing

The victim placed her wallet in her mother’s purse when she hopped on a ride in the park near W. 10th Street around 4 pm. The mother then hung the bag from her baby stroller, which she stood next to during the duration of the ride.
When the daughter came back from the ride, her wallet was long gone, though the mother said she did not see anyone grab the wallet, according to a police report.
She did call 911
A foul fiend took a woman’s cellphone right out of her hand on Ocean Parkway on May 31, according to a police report.
She was between Ocean View and W. Brighton Avenue around 2 am when the thief walked up, grabbed her phone, and said, “B—- you’re not gonna call 911,” and walked away, police said.
