A gunman shot a guy outside a Washington Walk deli on July 11, cops say.
The victim told cops he was standing outside the deli near Myrtle Avenue around 1:50 am when someone fired seven shots in his direction. One of them struck his ankle, the report said. The victim was taken to Methodist Hospital, police said.
Hog-gone
Some snake stole a guy’s motorcycle off Lafayette Avenue overnight on July 10, cops say.
The victim told cops he left his bike near St. James place around midnight. When he returned at 7:30 am, it was gone, according to authorities.
Four on one
Four jerks assaulted and robbed a guy on Clermont Avenue on July 9, police say.
The victim told cops he started talking with the four goons after leaving a bar near Dekalb Avenue around 5 pm. As he walked away, one of the brutes struck him in the face. The four jerks then hit the victim repeatedly and stole his wallet and phone, police reported.
No business like show business
Some snake robbed a film crew’s truck on Washington Avenue sometime overnight on July 13, cops say.
The report claims that the truck was left overnight in a parking lot near Park Avenue. When staff drove the vehicle back to their studio, they noticed the truck’s gate was partially open, the report claims. They found equipment missing, including a high-definition monitor, a mount case, and lens filters, police said.
