A sweatshirted thug swiped a man’s Kenneth Cole wallet and more on Oct. 12
The thief spotted his would-be victim near the corner of Hope and Havemeyer streets at about 9:30 pm and yelled, “Give me your money!”
He punctuated his demand by simulating having a gun under his roomy garment.
Fearful, the man relinquished not only his cash-filled billfold, but his watch and iPhone.
Bottled-up rage
A beer bottle was the weapon of choice for one of the two thugs picked up by cops at a Varet Street party on Oct. 12.
Cops say that the house party near Graham Avenue was rudely interrupted at 1:20 am when a man picked up a glass bottle and smashed it across another man’s head, sending him to the hospital.
That’s when the NYPD got involved, and officers quickly made their arrest.
Collared greens
Police arrested two stoned teenage snatchers for stealing a Sidekick at the corner of Seigel Street and Manhattan Avenue on Oct. 16.
The phone’s owner was answering her mobile device at around 2:30 pm when of the thugs grabbed it from her hand.
