Irate woman beats tween with cellphone

88th Precinct

Fort Greene–Clinton Hill

Phone fiend

A baddie beat a 12-year-old boy with her cellphone in Fort Greene Park near Willoughby Street on July 5.

Authorities said the victim was strolling through the park by St. Edwards Street at 12:10 am when the villain started chasing him as she yelled, “You think you can talk to me any kind of way!”

She then repeatedly hit him with her phone, cutting the boy, before she fled towards Myrtle Avenue, according to a report.

Shattered

Put on your helmet! Two different crooks hit two different people over the head with glass bottles in separate incidents this week. Here’s the rundown:

• First, some punk hurled a bottle at a woman’s head as she was hanging out on Fleet Walk on July 4.

The victim told police she was out with a friend near Prince Street at 4 am when the jerk threw a bottle at her. The projectile hit her in the side of her head and cut her face, authorities said.

• Then, police cuffed a woman who they say hit a different lady on the noggin with a broken bottle on Fleet Walk on July 9.

The suspect bashed the woman in the head with the shattered glass bottle near Navy Street at 10:20 pm, cutting her right eye, a report said. The victim went to Brooklyn Hospital, where she received stitches.

Scoot off

A sneak stole a scooter parked on Gates Street sometime between July 6 and 7.

Authorities said the owner parked his 2006 Honda scooter near St. James Place at 4 pm. But when he returned at 8:30 am the next day, he discovered his two-wheeler was gone.
