An all-day dining destination is moving to Williamsburg just in time for the New Year. Isla & Co. will officially open its doors on Jan. 1 at 66 Grand St., welcoming neighbors for both brunch and dinner from day one.

The Williamsburg outpost is led by founder Barry Dry, CSO Tom Rowse and Executive Chef Clint Snowling, an award-winning chef with more than two decades of fine dining experience. The opening marks Isla & Co.’s latest expansion, bringing its Australian-inspired café and restaurant culture to Brooklyn.

To celebrate the launch, the team is rolling out a neighborhood-focused promotion aimed squarely at locals. Throughout the entire opening month, Williamsburg residents who sign up as a “Local” can enjoy the $3 coffee, a nod to Australia’s strong café culture and a gesture meant to build community early.

The menu heavily leans into Aussie comfort food — with a Brooklyn twist. Brunch highlights include “Kimchi Sambal Scramble, Pulled Pork Hash and Strawberry Cheesecake Waffles.”

Dinner includes more elevated picks, like Spicy Shrimp Vodka Rigatoni, Aussie Chicken Parma, and Steak Frites, finished with Sticky Date Pudding and Biscoff Tiramisu.

The restaurant said in a statement that beverages are a major focus, with flat whites, cappuccinos, “Aussie Iced Coffee” and brunch-ready cocktails (Espresso Martinis, Bloody Marys), plus evening selections like the Cheeky Negroni, East Side Spritz, and Margot Robbie, alongside a global wine list with natural/organic emphasis and a beer lineup that includes Coopers Pale Ale.

“[Isla & Co. Williamsburg] is a gem nestled between Domino Park and the Bedford L stop. The expansive setting is adorned with lush greenery, creating an atmosphere that’s both vibrant and relaxing,” a statement on their website read. “We like to think of our Williamsburg home as a place where the buzz of the city meets the tranquility of a secluded retreat.”

“Whether you’re a Williamsburg local or a visitor drawn to this iconic neighborhood, Isla & Co. offers a unique experience that blends the best of Brooklyn’s character with a touch of Aussie charm.”
