Meet the editors
of the new anthology, "Jews of Brooklyn," on Dec. 6
at 7 pm at the Museum of Jewish Heritage. Though this collection
of essays won’t be published by Brandeis University Press until
Jan. 11, editors Ilana Abramovitch, the museum’s curriculum manager,
and Sean Galvin will give you a sneak peek of what’s to come
as they participate in a roundtable discussion hosted by Leonard
Lopate, host of WNYC’s New York & Company.
The discussion is free with regular museum admission: $7, $5
seniors and students. The event will take place at the Museum
of Jewish Heritage, 18 First Place, Battery Park City, Manhattan.
To purchase tickets, call (212) 945-0039. For general information,
call (212) 945-6130.
