Knife-toting fiend attacks and robs delivery man in Ninth Street building

A knife-wielding ruffian attacked and robbed a delivery guy in the hallway of a Ninth Street apartment building on Dec. 25, according to a report.

The worker said he had just dropped off the goods and was headed out of the building between Second and Third avenues when the maniac punched him in the face and said, “Give me all your money.”

The mugger pulled $80 out of the poor sap’s pocket, then demanded even more money, cops said. Just then, a neighbor opened his door and the robber, spooked, fled toward 10th Street on Second Avenue, according to the authorities.

A thief stole a motorcycle from its parking spot on Saint Marks Avenue on Dec. 24, cops said.

The victim said he parked his ride between Flatbush and Sixth avenues at 12:01 am, but when he came to retrieve it at 2:11 pm someone had taken with the hog, a $3,000 2004 Bavarian Motorworks number, police said.

Old-school hack

A burglar looted a woman’s Park Place apartment of electronics on Dec. 23, according to cops.

The victim left for work at 8:30 am, and returned to her home between Flatbush and Vanderbilt avenues at 8 pm to find the doors locked as she had left them, but a camera gone from her coffee table, police said. When she checked the rest of the apartment, she found the burglar had made off with two MacBook Pros, a Canon camera, a Canon lens, and an iPhone 4, according to a report.

There was no sign of forced entry, and the woman said the only other set of keys belong to the management company.

A villain choked a woman and stole her cellphone on President Street on Dec. 22, police said.

The victim was at Fourth Avenue at 8:30 pm when the fiend put her in a chokehold and demanded she hand over the device. The attacker rifled around in the victim’s purse and ran off with her iPhone 4S, a report says.

Police said the attacker is well-known to the officers of the 78th Precinct.

Taking Back Samsung

A pair of teenagers robbed a man on an F train in Park Slope on Dec. 22, but gave up the loot when he gave chase, cops said.

The Manhattan-bound F train was at the Seventh Avenue stop when one of the suspects, estimated to be about 15 years old, held the door open as his accomplice grabbed the victim’s cellphone from his hand, according to a report.

The man ran after the delinquents, chasing them down the platform until one of the teens tossed the Samsung phone onto the tracks, where officers eventually managed to recover it, law enforcement officials said.
