Photographs of Marilyn Monroe" has been extended through

from the portfolio "The Last Sitting," taken just a
few weeks before her death in 1962 at age 36 (at right). Other
photographers whose works are featured are Eve Arnold, Richard
Avedon, Henri Cartier-Bresson and Tom Kelly, whose nude photograph
of Monroe was used as the centerfold for the first issue of "Playboy"
magazine.

The exhibition was curated by the museum’s own Marilyn Kushner
and Matthew Yokobosky.
