I am writing in response to Borough President Marty Markowitz’s Jan. The disrespect Mr. Markowitz displays toward a constituent, in this case His next dismissal, of hundreds of homeless people as just “padding” — Cerise Johnson, Prospect Heights
31 letter to the editor published in The Brooklyn Papers.
Schellie Hagan, who not only voted for him but apparently gave time and
money to his campaign, should put all the rest of us constituents on notice.
the neighborhood census, leaves the reader with the distressing notion
that we have put a boor in Borough Hall.
