The Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School & St. Augustine Diocesan High School alumni associations are holding their 12th Annual Lion/Lancer Open Golf Outing, June 26 at The Middle Island Country Club, 275 Yaphank Road.
The day will begin with registration and breakfast at 9 a.m., with a shotgun start at 10:15 a.m. Lunch will be served on the course, followed by cocktails and supper beginning at 3:30 p.m.
A silent auction and Grand Prize Raffle will be conducted throughout the day, with prizes and awards to be distributed at 5 p.m.
Registration for this event is $225, which includes a golf, cart, breakfast, lunch, cocktails, dinner, goodie bag, and a one-year subscription to Golf Digest Magazine. To participate in the raffle, tickets can be purchased at $50 for one ticket and $150 for four tickets.
Prizes in the raffle include a five day; four night cruise for two on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines to Mexico or the Bahamas; a Golf Threesome or dinner for four with Brooklyn Dodger Ralph Branca; and a Golf Threesome or dinner with Brooklyn Dodger Joe Pignatano.
Additionally, golfers can take the JetBlue Challenge, which offers every golfer even more chances to win prizes, including an all expense-paid golf vacation and $50,000 for a hole-in-one along with $50,000 on two of the par-three’s in the tournament and a post-tournament shoot-out.
