Congratulations to Stanley and Sandy Roher on celebrating their 55th wedding anniversary. The Rohers were feted to a surprise gala event held at El Caribe, Strickland and Mill Avenues, by family and friends. The Roher’s, long time owners of Mother and Daughter in Bensonhurst, were very active in community-life participation, as attested by the many party guests that recalled their long time involvement in community elevation efforts. Stanley served as President of the 86th Street Bensonhurst Board of Trade as well as Chairman of the Joint Council of Kings County Boards of Trade. The many party goers came from the various corners of the City as well as Floridians, who have gotten to know participate with the Rohers, during their winter vacations; still active there as well.
