Two on one

A dastardly duo pulled a man out of his car, then beat and mugged him on 70th Street on Sept. 22, said police.

The victim told police that while pulling out from a parking spot between 19th and 20th avenues at 9:35 pm, two strangers exited their vehicle, approached him, and began punching him in the face repeatedly.

The men took the victim’s cellphone, $100, and his car keys before fleeing in a silver Chevy Malibu, said police.

Not so super

A superintendent entered a woman’s W. First Street apartment and stole $200 on Sept. 24, said police.

The victim told police she caught her super in her apartment between 65th Street and Avenue P at 2:30 am taking the cash from her kitchen. The man fled on foot, said police.

Fire escape marauder

Bandits busted into a man’s Bay 16th Street apartment and swiped $5,000 on Sept. 22, said police.

The burglars slipped into the apartment between 86th Street and Benson Avenue at 7 am through a rear window on the fire escape, said police. The baddies made off with cash, electronics, and the victim’s passport, said department officials.

Ghost car

Weasels stole a man’s car parked on Shore Parkway near 24th Avenue on Sept. 25, said police.

The victim told police that his global positioning system alerted him at 1:45 am that his white Ford was in motion. The man then discovered the vehicle was missing from its parking spot and called 911.

The global positioning system last located the vehicle near E. Fourth Street and Avenue J, said police. Officers searched the area but found nothing, said authorities.

Where’s my motorcycle?

A nogoodnik swiped a man’s motorcycle right out of his driveway on 79th Street in the early morning hours of Sept. 21, said police.

The victim told police he parked the bike in his driveway between 16th and 17th avenues after midnight, but when he woke up at 1 am he noticed his gate was open and the vehicle was gone.

Backpack bandit

A knave demanded money from a man, beat him, and stole his backpack on Lake Street on Sept. 20, said police.

The victim told police he was near Avenue T at 8:30 pm when he was approached by a man who demanded his money. When the victim refused and attempted to walk away, the goon grabbed the victim’s backpack and punched him in the face.

The baddie fled on foot with the bag toward W. Sixth Street.
