Public School 204 students received an ‘A’ for effort when they pounded the pavement to help the helpless during a benefit ‘Wonder Walk’ for the March of Dimes Foundation.
The big-hearted bunch traversed the area around the school, 8101 15th Avenue, to help raise money for the organization’s fight to help end premature birth and prevent birth defects.
“They are always the top fundraisers every fall,” said Chad Witsell, March of Dimes’ community director of the New York Division.
