Marty moves to Windsor Terrace
Borough President Marty Markowitz scooped up a $1.45 million home in Windsor Terrace a block from Prospect Park.
Markowitz, who previously rented in Park Slope, put a little more than $1 million down on the two-story, three-bedroom digs.
About $750,000 of the down payment came from the sale of a Manhattan Beach home his wife inherited from her parents when they died, according to an aide.
Markowitz spokesperson Mark Zustovich said the rest of down payment came from a settlement paid to the borough president in a slip-and-fall case.
Markowitz said he expects to move in next month.
