A masked miscreant with a gun robbed a shop on Knapp Street and then fled from police on Dec. 31, according to authorities.

Police say the pistol-wielding goon robbed $500 worth of merchandise from the store near Voorhies Avenue at 3:11 am. An officer chased the perp on foot, but the suspect escaped, reports show.

Diabolical duo

Two cruel crooks tried robbing a man on Coyle Street on Dec. 29 — but the duo sprinted away when the victim screamed, cops say.

Officers the victim was between Avenues U and V at 5:50 pm when the men approached. The suspects allegedly said to the victim, “Give me what you have,” according to a police report.

Cops say when the man screamed, the two fled without any of the victim’s property.

Ruthless robbery

A gun-toting thief and his partner stole cash and electronics from a man on Brown Street on Dec. 29, an officer stated.

The man was walking between Avenues S and T at 8:20 pm when the two suspects approached him, according to authorities. Police say one of the thieves pulled out a black firearm, pointed it at the victim, and allegedly said, “Give me everything from your pockets.”

The gun-wielding crook then snatched the victim’s cellphone and wallet, which contained $110, and the second suspect stole other electronics, according to a police report.

Police say the suspects fled to Avenue S.

A thoughtless thief stole a woman’s credit card, driver’s license, and her shoes during a robbery on E. 24th Steet on Jan. 1, reports show.

Police say the woman was near Avenue U at 8:30 pm when the cold-hearted crook ambushed her.

Officers say the perp hit the victim in the face multiple times before stealing her belongings.
