Masked mugs
Armed robbers in Williamsburg are using masks to hide their faces while they stick up their victims. Here are the horrifying details:
• A gun-toting thug in a ski mask stuck up a 25-year-old woman on South Fourth Street on March 22.
The villain confronted the victim at around 11:30 pm on the block between Bedford and Driggs avenues and yelled, “Don’t f—ing look at me, I have a f—ing gun! Give me your money.”
The victim forked over her Chanel wallet, which contained her IDs, credit cards and cellphone.
• An armed bad guy with a black bandana over his face held up a 23-year-old in a March 27 gunpoint mugging.
The crook — who arrived on a bicycle — confronted the victim on Broadway between Wythe Avenue and Berry Street at around 8:20 pm and pulled out the heater.
“Give me your whole purse,” the crook demanded.
When the victim fumbled with her bag, the crook threatened her life.
“Give me your purse — I’m going to shoot you,” he threatened.
The woman handed over the bag — which contained a passport and a Social Security card — and the thug pedaled away.
Stone Age attack!
Cops nabbed three thugs suspected of pummeling a 48-year-old Williamsburg man with a rock on March 25.
The trio confronted the victim near the corner of Kent Avenue and South 11th Street at around 9:25 am and unleashed a barrage of punches and kicks upon man, before striking him with the stone.
The attack left the victim with a cut across the lips, but cops nabbed three suspects later that day.
Dumpster diver
Crooks heisted a 20-yard-long Dumpster from its spot on Scholes Street near Morgan Avenue overnight on March 25.
The thieves heisted the red garbage receptacle — valued by police at $3,500 — between 7:30 am and 8:30 am the following day.
Bushwick stick
A thug begged a woman for cash on March 27 — then threatened to shoot her if she didn’t oblige.
The crook approached the 27-year-old victim — who was on her way to band practice — at the corner of Harrison Place and Bogart Street at around 1 pm and told her that he was new to town and in need of some cash.
When the victim turned him down, the crook offered are form of encouragement popular with thieves. “You knows what’s in my pocket,” he said, simulating that he was strapped.
The victim forked over $7 and the thug fled towards Bushwick Avenue.
Pint-sized perp
Cops nabbed a knife-wielding 15-year-old for stealing an 11-year-old’s cellphone on March 25.
The suspect approached the victim at the corner of Broadway and Union Avenue at around 3 pm and revealed a silver blade.
The victim forked over his Sidekick cellphone, but cops later locked up a teenaged suspect.
Moore St. mug
Cops nabbed a would-be mugger suspected of slugging a 34-year-old woman in the face while attempting to grab her purse on March 27.
The crook tried to grab the victim’s bag at around 9 pm on Moore Street between Leonard Street and Manhattan Avenue — but police were able to lock up a suspect later that night.
