Midwood cheers on Yankees

Brooklyn toots its own horn during the New York Yankees’ World Series victory parade in Manhattan %u2013 thanks to the Midwood High School Marching Band.

Musicians from the school, 2839 Bedford Avenue, share the spotlight with the Bronx Bombers as they cruise to cheers along Broadway’s Canyon of Heroes during the ticker-tape parade celebrating their 27th World Series championship.
